May 17: Baroque Chill Out – Orchestra in residence at Bremen’s new Centre for the Arts

The Bremer Barockorchester was selected as one of three musical ensembles for a residency at the new Bremen arts center, the Zentrum für Kunst, in the 2024/25 season. The brand-new program is now being presented: On Saturday, May 17, the orchestra invites you to two very special concerts, focusing on relaxation and an informal encounter with music and musicians.

In two concerts, at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, the orchestra will play music by J.S. Bach, G.Ph. Telemann, A. Vivaldi, and others.

The audience can choose from various comfortable seating options and — if they wish — can even sit among the musicians. Upon request, you can receive a relaxing professional back massage while listening.

At 3:20 p.m. and 6:20 p.m., we offer a 20-minute yoga session in preparation of the concert. Of course, anyone can participate, even without previous experience!

Food and drink are also provided: You can enjoy refreshing drinks and small snacks at the bar.

You can register for the yoga session and massage only directly at the box office, regardless of whether you purchased your ticket in advance or on-site. Since the yoga/massage sessions are limited, admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.
